Learn More About Me
I am a Registered member of the Australian Counselling Association. My training includes a Graduate Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology & Counselling).
Let me assist you by providing an empathic, nurturing therapeutic relationship using evidence-based interventions. I use an integrated approach to therapy which is both collaborative and interactive.
I provide trauma informed counselling for stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, family separation, grief and loss, and life transitions. Let me help you to learn and develop better ways to manage the issues that are impacting your relationships, personal growth and life goals. I look forward to hearing from you to discuss how I am able to support you.

Individual Counselling $100
Concession $70
(No Medicare rebate is offered. The fee is equal to or less than the gap fee you would usually pay after a Medicare rebate).
Full payment is required at time of appointment.
Bank Transfer is preferred / Cash accepted.
Appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes.
If unable to keep appointment, please kindly give 24 hrs notice or fees may apply.
